13.1 Allocation is not circulation
The 30M distribution allocation is a maximum program envelope, not a promise to sell 30M tokens. Individual tranches may remain dormant indefinitely.
The 10M Conditional Network Reserve is contained inside the 40M DAO Treasury allocation. It is not an eighth bucket and is not a guaranteed “Round 4.”
13.2 gIONON is not additional economic supply
Where IONON is deposited into the Aragon governance wrapper and gIONON is issued 1:1 as a voting representation, the wrapped underlying must not be counted twice in supply, market capitalization or treasury reporting.
13.3 Team vesting
The 7M team/founder/advisor envelope should be held in a dedicated vesting architecture. Unassigned tokens remain in the team vesting vault rather than becoming freely transferable founder inventory. Suggested design targets for review are long cliffs and multi-year linear release for core contributors, with unvested amounts returning to the vault when grants terminate.
