8. IONON Wallet and Money Orchestration

Approved

IONON Wallet is the user-facing control surface for intents, assets, policies, approvals and execution. It should not be described as “safe” merely because it is branded. Production claims require an explicit key-management model, recovery model, transaction simulation, approval model and external review.

The architecture separates membership/authority assets from settlement assets. IONON can be used for governance, access, operator economics, collateralized commitments and ecosystem coordination without forcing a user to sell IONON every time a card or agent pays a merchant. USD, USDC and future approved stable settlement assets can satisfy unit-of-account needs while IONON expresses economic participation.

The Money Router therefore selects among rails under policy:

  • Ethereum and EVM settlement;
  • IONON Network settlement after mainnet gates;
  • stablecoin transfer;
  • DEX swap;
  • bridge transfer;
  • card network payment;
  • API/x402 machine payment;
  • future regulated settlement connectors.
