Whitepaper V4.1

10. Ethereum First; IONON Network Next

Approved

Ethereum is the economic Genesis layer because it already provides the liquidity, wallet compatibility, explorer infrastructure, Uniswap v4 market structure and public composability needed for launch.

IONON Network is the sovereign execution layer. Management has confirmed that a blockchain test environment is deployed and has completed initial testing successfully. Before describing it publicly as production-ready, IONON should publish a reproducible evidence bundle containing chain ID, genesis hash, validator topology, block explorer, binary/source release, consensus configuration, test reports, upgrade path, incident model and bridge-test results.

Ethereum to IONON Network

The launch sequence is intentionally asymmetric:

Phase A — Ethereum economic Genesis. Establish canonical identity, price discovery, liquidity, governance evidence and external trust.

Phase B — IONON Network evidence release. Publish testnet evidence, operator documentation and deterministic migration rules.

Phase C — controlled bridge. Open voluntary 1:1 movement only after supply-conservation, replay protection, emergency handling, monitoring and audit gates pass.

Phase D — native activity. Shift workloads that benefit from IONON Network’s execution, policy or sovereignty while preserving Ethereum as a major public liquidity venue.
